Great Success of Hemofarm’s Competitors in the 28th SuisseGas Belgrade Marathon
In spite of the rain, more than 30 thousand female and male competitors ran in the largest-scale health-awareness event - Belgrade Marathon. Among them, seven Hemofarm’s relay-race teams reached the finish line in a record time. They ran under the slogan ‘Wholeheartedly’, for supporting the humanitarian action of Hemofarm Foundation for renovation of the children’s theatre ‘Boško Buha’.

Aleksandar Popović, the former national team competitor and winner of medals in sprint races, also supported Buha. Among 20 thousand other competitors, he ‘defended’ the colours of Hemofarm in ‘Satisfaction Race’.

‘We are aware that neither the state nor the city has sufficient money for the activity such as culture. Hemofarm is here to help. By participating in this race, I also wanted to support the theatre in a symbolic way. People who were engaged in athletics know what is the pleasure of running and winning the race against yourself‘, Popović said.

Hemofarm provided the support of professional masseurs and doctors for all participants, as well as the necessary vitamins and supplements for refreshment in its tent.

'I am glad that Hemofarm’s tent has been a meeting place of positive energy and summing-up of excellent results in today’s race. I also hope that our message ‘Wholeheartedly’ for Boško Buha and SMS number 3088 have reached a large number of people, Sanda Savić, Director of Hemofarm Corporate Affairs and Communications', said.

Hemofarm Foundation continues the national campaign WHOLEHEARTEDLY which is focused on the health of the nation. The results of SMS action for support to the oldest children’s theatre in Belgrade ‘Boško Buha’ should be known soon.
