Hemofarm A.D. Human Resources Division invests significant efforts in recruitment of quality young people, most often relying on modern internet sites. With the aim of improving the processes of selection and recruitment, Hemofarm adopted a new Operating Procedure in 2014 already, which additionally emphasised the course with regard to the policy of proscribing any kind of discrimination of candidates. The rules of internal announcement and the period of duration of the selection and recruitment process were determined, as well as integrating the employment process with further monitoring of acclimatisation of new employees.
